Width, Height
You can set the Width and the Height of the new image. Alternatively you can set the new dimensions relatively to the current dimensions.

Resample
There are three methods of resampling: Nearest Neighbor, Bilinear interpolation and the Bicubic interpolation. The first method is the quickest while the last one produces the best quality but it is also the slowest. The second method is evenly balanced between quality and speed.

Constrain Proportions
With this option checked, the old and the new image will have the same relation of width and height; so changing of one dimension affects the other.
